Basic Salary £16,000 per annum plus commission OTE £22,000 (Pro rata)
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 0900-1730 & every other Saturday 0900-1600
Professional Staffing Services is recruiting an opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to work on a temporary contract for an independent Estate Agency with a strong market presence in their area at their operation in Loughborough. This will be initially for 3 months.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and economic running of the production side of the business.
Dealing with all enquiries via phone, email and customer walk-ins
Calling through the existing database to showcase properties to vendors, investors etc
Conducting viewings either walk in or by appointments
Being able to explain the help to buy/ first time buyer scheme to all buyers
Conducting market research
To manage expectations of vendors, buyers and sellers at all times.
Build effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to allow you to effectively deal with queries received.
Use initiative to solve the problems preventing sales from moving forward
Identify ways of improving customer services and make recommendations to your line manager.
We’re searching for a versatile people person who gets what great customer service looks like and has what it takes to deliver it, as well as:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly excel
Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills
Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail
The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone
An organised way of working and ability to prioritise
Previous experience of property sales would be a distinct advantage
